Senior Manager, T&S Analytics

Responsibilities

• Reinterpret vertical-specific risk challenges into unified, central data solutions including Risk Profiling and Signal Repository
• Execute the central risk roadmap to achieve Trust and Safety outcomes and hit Quarterly KPIs
• Build solutions for both short-term goals and long-term needs using AI and data-driven goals
• Partner with Product and Engineering to embed risk mitigation into platform infrastructure
• Lead partnership with Data Science to formulate model requirements and integration frameworks
• Manage a high-performance analytics team fostering technical rigor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Master’s in a quantitative field (Management, Stats, Math)
• 8+ years of experience driving data-led outcomes
• Expert command of SQL, Python/R, and Spark
• Experience with Qlik or equivalent BI tools
• Experience with statistical modeling and large scale/real-time data
• Experience in the payment industry
• Strong problem-solving and data storytelling skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in Customer Profiling, Behavioral Segmentation, Anomaly Detection, Predictive Modeling, and Cohort/Funnel Analysis
