Senior Manager - Treasury, Taxation & Reporting

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end financial close processes, including IGAAP/IFRS cut-offs, journals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage tax and regulatory compliance, including GST, TDS, corporate income tax, and Transfer Pricing documentation.
• Oversee FEMA, RBI, and ED compliance, including filings such as FC-GPR, ECB, and EDPMS/IDPMS.
• Lead treasury functions, including daily cash positioning, rolling cash flow forecasts, and managing bank relationships.
• Manage working capital cycles, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory valuation.
• Own the statutory audit process from planning through ROC filing, serving as the primary liaison with auditors.
• Maintain the fixed asset register, manage CAPEX requests, and oversee depreciation and impairment assessments.
• Lead team development and mentor finance staff to build organizational capability.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or taxation.
• Proficiency in IGAAP and IFRS standards.
• Deep expertise in GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
• Strong knowledge of FEMA, RBI, and ED compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in treasury and cash flow management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OneStream and Odoo ERP systems.
• Experience in managing cross-border intercompany transactions and transfer pricing.
• Strong analytical thinking and proactive risk identification skills.
