Senior Manager - Treasury & Tax

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning, weekly cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning for legal entities in Asia
• Oversee payment processing, bank transfers and account funding
• Supervise bank reconciliations and prepare treasury reports for management review
• Improve treasury processes, controls, systems and automation
• Maintain bank relationships and act as a single point of contact for Group Treasury
• Lead regional tax compliance including corporate tax, GST/VAT filings, and transfer pricing documentation
• Manage tax audits and establish relationships with external advisors and regulators
• Monitor tax legislation changes and provide advisory to business units

Requirements

• Degree in finance and accounting
• 10-15 years of experience in finance functions
• Proven experience in treasury, corporate finance, and taxation
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively
• Knowledge of accounting developments impacting financial reporting
• Commitment to digital change and process improvement
