Senior Manager Treasury Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the global digital asset and treasury operations function, managing liquidity orchestration and on-chain settlement for massive transaction volumes.
• Optimize liquidity across wallets, exchanges, and bank accounts to support business needs while minimizing idle capital.
• Manage the institutional custody stack (MPC, Multi-sig), including the design of signing policies and transaction authorization workflows.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to implement "Treasury-as-Code" and drive automation in treasury systems.
• Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and risk frameworks in line with global regulatory expectations.
• Build automated dashboards and KPIs to monitor global treasury health and operational velocity.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of professional experience, with a mandatory background in Tier-1 banking.
• Proven experience managing global functions handling massive transaction volumes.
• Deep technical knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, including Smart Contracts and on-chain settlement flows.
• Expertise in wallet management and institutional custody solutions.
• Experience managing 24/7 institutional client support operations for high-net-worth or institutional segments.
