Senior Manager, Treasury Controllership

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical accounting resource focused on financial instruments, including investments, debt, derivatives, and foreign currencies
• Partner with corporate controllership and external reporting teams on accounting and reporting for financial instruments
• Collaborate with the treasury department and enterprise treasury accounting team to evaluate processes and controls around financial reporting
• Act as a primary liaison between the company and external auditors to facilitate treasury-related audit procedures
• Review periodic financial information to ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Monitor compliance with company policies, trust indentures, debt covenants, rules, regulations, and laws

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (or an equivalent combination of coursework and professional experience)
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in accounting or controllership
• Deep expertise in technical accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments, including debt and derivatives
• Proficiency in GAAP financial reporting
