Senior Manager, Travel Services

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for Travel Experience teams responding to customers 24/7 in a global environment
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Perform quality controls and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including managing a team of managers
• Ensure all operations remain legally compliant and maintain high standards of customer service

Requirements

• MBA or Master's degree from a reputed university
• 12+ years of professional work experience, preferably in reputed MNCs
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team of managers
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Data-driven mindset with experience in Change Management
• Strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage an operations center

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Experience within the travel industry
• Background in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) operations
