Senior Manager Transformation Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Lead, structure, and develop supply chain transformation consulting offers specifically for luxury and retail clients.
• Drive business development through consultative selling, identifying new opportunities, and managing the sales pipeline.
• Design and evolve service offerings by identifying emerging market needs and translating them into concrete value propositions.
• Manage the end-to-end RFP process, including defining response strategies, technical positioning, and methodological frameworks.
• Oversee high-stakes delivery missions, ensuring high-quality deliverables and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Capture and disseminate organizational knowledge by formalizing methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience in supply chain transformation consulting, ideally within a professional consulting firm.
• Deep expertise in supply chain strategy, operating models, planning, flow management, inventory, and logistics.
• Proven track record in business development, including responding to RFPs and building relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Demonstrated experience managing large accounts and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong ability to structure business value propositions and drive strategic roadmaps.
• Fluency in English is required.
