Senior Manager Transformation Retail

Responsibilities

• Lead, structure, and develop retail transformation consulting offers for luxury and retail clients
• Drive business development through consultative selling, identifying opportunities, and managing the sales pipeline
• Respond to RFPs by defining response strategies, key messaging, and technical/methodological proposals
• Design and evolve service offerings based on emerging market needs and client maturity levels
• Manage high-stakes delivery missions, overseeing project scope, planning, governance, and quality of deliverables
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure the link between strategic vision and operational execution
• Capitalize on expertise by formalizing methodologies, frameworks, and best practices within the firm

Requirements

• Significant experience in supply chain transformation consulting, ideally within a consulting firm
• Deep expertise in omnichannel strategy, customer experience, retail operations, and change management
• Proven track record in business development and managing complex RFP responses
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and act as a senior advisor
• Ability to structure business value propositions and drive large-scale transformations for major accounts
• Fluency in English
