Senior Manager Transformation Data

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the data transformation consulting offer specifically for Luxury and Retail clients
• Drive business development through consultative selling, identifying new opportunities, and managing the sales pipeline
• Design and structure high-value consulting offers, ensuring they meet emerging market needs and differentiate the firm
• Manage the end-to-end RFP process, including defining response strategies, technical positioning, and quality control
• Direct high-stakes data transformation missions, overseeing delivery quality and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Capture and disseminate organizational knowledge by formalizing methodologies, frameworks, and best practices

Requirements

• Significant experience in data transformation consulting, ideally within a professional services firm
• Deep expertise in data strategy, governance, operating models, architecture, analytics, and AI
• Proven track record in business development and managing relationships with large enterprise accounts
• Strong ability to structure business value propositions and lead complex tender responses
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire multidisciplinary teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high autonomy and a sense of responsibility
• Fluency in English
