Senior Manager Transformation Data

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Adone Conseil's expertise through consultative selling and business development
• Design, structure, and evolve data transformation consulting offers to meet emerging market needs
• Lead the response to tenders, including defining strategy, coordinating contributors, and ensuring high-quality technical proposals
• Capitalize on knowledge by formalizing methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
• Lead high-value data transformation missions for major clients, managing delivery, quality, and stakeholder relationships
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to bridge strategic vision with operational execution

Requirements

• Significant experience in data transformation consulting, ideally within a consulting firm
• Deep expertise in data strategy, governance, operating models, quality, architecture, analytics, and AI
• Proven track record in business development and responding to complex tenders
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and build new service offerings
• Fluent English skills
