Senior Manager, Transformation Architecture, Energy & Utilities

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients to drive lasting outcomes and leverage professional networks.
• Act as a subject matter expert in the energy sector to shape services and solve complex client problems.
• Lead, manage, and empower multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality work products.
• Drive business development initiatives and create impactful thought leadership to build the firm's profile.
• Deliver clear and concise communications to senior stakeholders through workshops and formal presentations.
• Ensure project compliance with Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) guidelines.

Requirements

• Extensive experience within the energy sector, either in-industry or with a blue-chip consulting firm.
• Proven track record of delivering strategic and business transformations within the energy sector.
• Experience in senior stakeholder management, including interacting with Board and C-Suite executives.
• Demonstrated success in business development and commercial growth.
• Strong academic record including a third-level degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in energy policy, regulation, or market design and modelling.
• Knowledge of power system operational policy and applications.
• Experience with strategy implementation, including long-term strategic roadmaps and implementation planning.
• Proficiency in Operating Model Design and development (Interim and Target Operating Models).
• Ability to develop business and commercial cases for significant new investments or policy changes.
