Senior Manager Transformation AI

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AI transformation consulting offering for Luxury and Retail clients
• Drive business development through consultative selling, identifying opportunities, and building high-value proposals
• Design and structure AI service offerings, including strategy, governance, and industrialization frameworks
• Manage the end-to-end RFP process, from analyzing client needs to defining technical and methodological strategies
• Capture and disseminate organizational knowledge, including frameworks, use cases, and best practices
• Direct high-stakes AI transformation missions, ensuring strategic vision is successfully translated into operational execution

Requirements

• Significant experience in AI transformation consulting, ideally within a professional services firm
• Deep expertise in AI strategy, governance, operating models, and industrialization (including GenAI, agents, and copilots)
• Proven track record of business development and selling high-value technological solutions to senior decision-makers
• Extensive experience working with large accounts in the Luxury or Retail sectors
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire multidisciplinary teams
• Fluency in English
