Senior Manager Transfer Agency Training

Responsibilities

• Lead the Transfer Agency (TA) training program by developing, facilitating, and coordinating formal training initiatives.
• Manage a team of trainers, overseeing their design, development, and delivery of training materials.
• Oversee the creation of professional training resources, including quick reference guides, online learning modules, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Transfer Agency to define training roadmaps and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Manage personnel responsibilities including hiring, training, performance appraisals, coaching, and professional development.
• Maintain and track associate training records and prioritize training requests based on departmental needs.
• Partner with internal teams to prepare for new hire needs, system deployments, and process releases.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in communication, accounting, or a similar field.
• 3-5 years of management and leadership experience.
• 5-10+ years of experience in Mutual Funds with a background in training or a similar field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience working with online learning resources.
• Advanced technical skills for providing effective virtual training sessions (e-learning, training videos).

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a meticulous approach to quality and efficiency.
• Proven ability to mentor associates through coaching and modeling effective practices.
• Excellent client service skills and the ability to maintain strong intercompany relationships.
