Senior Manager Total Rewards (CoE)

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual compensation review cycle, ensuring budget management and timeline adherence for India and 40+ emerging market countries.
• Oversee variable pay processes, including sales/productivity-linked incentives, retention, and severance plans.
• Coordinate benefits management and participate in benchmarking studies to ensure market competitiveness.
• Conduct market intelligence and salary benchmarking to develop internal proposals for policy changes.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive people policy framework and conduct periodic audits.
• Support international mobility and expat management, including package determination and compliance.
• Lead job evaluations and grade structuring in partnership with HR and business leaders.
• Support the design and execution of the annual performance management system (PMS) process.
• Utilize HR analytics to set standards for key metrics, focusing on compensation spend and wage management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• At least 2 years of specialized experience in a Compensation & Benefits Center of Excellence (CoE).
• MBA in HR (preference for Tier 1 institutes such as XLRI, TISS, or XIMB).
• Deep understanding of compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefits.
• High proficiency in Excel, HR Analytics, and Data Visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
