Senior Manager | Tenant Representation

Responsibilities

• Proactively initiate business development activities through direct mailers and canvassing
• Assist Department Head with business plan design and implementation
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Create marketing materials and client lists
• Build and maintain an accurate client database
• Manage property transactions and coordinate with internal and external parties

Requirements

• At least five years of commercial real estate and leasing experience
• Experience in Shanghai or other mature markets preferred
• Proven track record in the real estate market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
