Senior Manager, Technology Risk Data Enablement

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of automated workflows for IT General controls and control walkthroughs.
• Use data analytics to assess control effectiveness and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and report on material IT risks using advanced analytics and visualization tools.
• Advise risk owners on the design and implementation of controls and remediation plans to mitigate risk.
• Lead internal control reviews of high-risk processes, including establishing test plans and scripts.
• Drive a data-centric culture by promoting the use of metrics, automation, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve risk management practices across the enterprise.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure consistent understanding of the risk program and governance structure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Risk, Technology Operations, data analytics, or business intelligence.
• 8+ years of experience in executive reporting, including surfacing insights and crafting narratives for stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Alteryx.
• Demonstrated experience with workflow automation tools.
• Experience in product management or product ownership, particularly within technology risk or controls environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, or CIS.
• Proven track record of translating data insights into actionable business recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SOX requirements.
• Experience with a wide area of risk controls, including infrastructure and application risk.
• Strong skills in PM reporting and data analysis to prepare IT control framework status for senior management.
