Senior Manager, Technology and Data, Tax

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic relationship between the Tech and Tax teams to stimulate, surface, and shape demand
• Maintain deep domain knowledge of global Tax regulations, processes, and systems
• Partner with leaders to identify, evaluate, and sequence initiatives for strategic value
• Innovate using industry trends to identify new opportunities and develop future roadmaps
• Monitor initiative progress to ensure alignment between expectations and realized value
• Communicate the value enabled by technology by quantifying impacts and articulating results
• Align technical initiatives with organizational strategy to validate expected business results

Requirements

• Domain expertise in IT systems enabling finance and tax (e.g., SAP RTR, OTC, PTP)
• Familiarity with DGP initiatives such as SAF-T and ATCUD
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect strategy to execution
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to build rapport, break down silos, and manage stakeholder expectations
• Experience assessing and articulating risk tolerances and identifying process improvements
