About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Partner Managers to ensure the technical success of distribution partners
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Partner Service Managers and handle escalations
  • Drive partner relationship initiatives including machine uptime optimization and regular MBR/QBR touchpoints
  • Own and circulate a KPI dashboard tracking partner health and team performance
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of T1 and T2 Technical Services teams through their managers
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to relay field insights and prioritize product improvements
  • Drive customer and partner experience strategy and long-term strategic vision including capacity planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in technical services, partner management, or account relationship organizations
  • Demonstrated success leading both partner-facing and internal support functions
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills and experience presenting KPIs to leadership
  • Proficiency with Zendesk, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT for workflow automation
  • Proven track record building relationships with partners, technicians, and internal stakeholders
