Senior Manager Technical Project Management

Responsibilities

• Drive execution across multiple Scrum teams to build highly available and scalable distributed systems on the cloud.
• Own end-to-end backlog readiness, refinement, and decomposition into clear, testable sprint deliverables.
• Ensure alignment between Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to meet business value outcomes.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and lead Program Increment (PI) planning sessions.
• Monitor and improve delivery metrics such as velocity, predictability, and quality.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve dependencies between multiple workstreams.
• Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.
• Prepare dashboards and reports to communicate program metrics to senior management.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst in a large enterprise software engineering environment.
• 5+ years of Program Management experience.
• Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs in financial services or other regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience using Rally or JIRA.
• Strong ability to translate complex requirements into actionable engineering work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience scaling Agile delivery practices across multiple teams.
• Familiarity with developer platforms, APIs, or shared services models.
