About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive execution across multiple Scrum teams to build highly available and scalable distributed systems on the cloud.
- Own end-to-end backlog readiness, refinement, and decomposition into clear, testable sprint deliverables.
- Ensure alignment between Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to meet business value outcomes.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and lead Program Increment (PI) planning sessions.
- Monitor and improve delivery metrics such as velocity, predictability, and quality.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve dependencies between multiple workstreams.
- Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.
- Prepare dashboards and reports to communicate program metrics to senior management.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst in a large enterprise software engineering environment.
- 5+ years of Program Management experience.
- Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience managing product backlogs in financial services or other regulated industries.
- Hands-on experience using Rally or JIRA.
- Strong ability to translate complex requirements into actionable engineering work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience scaling Agile delivery practices across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with developer platforms, APIs, or shared services models.
