About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and scale a high-impact TPM organization while personally owning critical cross-functional programs.
  • Partner with engineering and product leadership to shape multi-year roadmaps and influence architectural decisions.
  • Manage ambiguity, cross-organizational dependencies, and alignment within a resource-constrained environment.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform decisions and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
  • Drive the operating rhythm of the business, ensuring engineering systems scale effectively and remain cost-conscious.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop TPMs and engineers to multiply organizational impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience).
  • Previous Snap experience is required.
  • 10+ years of experience in Engineering or Technical Program Management leading cross-functional efforts.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team in a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, ambiguous programs across distributed teams.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Grafana, Looker, Tableau), source control (GitHub), and ticket management (JIRA).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in software and/or hardware engineering.
  • Experience contributing to technical design, architectural trade-offs, and roadmap planning.
  • Experience managing production systems, reliability initiatives, or cost optimization programs.
  • Exposure to high-scale consumer technology or social platforms.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences.
  • Master's or PhD in a highly analytical field.
