Senior Manager, Technical Program Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Program Management department to schedule and manage order delivery from manufacturing partners
• Establish best practices for communication and cross-functional efficiency to ensure on-time, on-quality, and within-budget delivery
• Develop project plans, layouts, and SOPs that align customer requirements with company goals
• Drive program progress and resource availability, leading teams in creating recovery plans when risks arise
• Bridge global cooperation between multifunctional teams and manufacturing partners
• Lead program risk evaluation and mitigation in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement of platforms, procedures, and processes

Requirements

• College degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field
• 10+ years of experience in Project or Program Management
• 3-5 years of leadership experience managing teams using Core Tools
• Experience in operations integration and supply chain coordination
• NPD or NPI experience in sheet metal or machining processes
• Experience with APQP in production environments
• Fluent written and spoken English with experience in multicultural environments

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• PMP Certification
• Scrum Master Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• Experience in Automotive, Medical Devices, Aerospace, or Electronics manufacturing industries
• Core Tools certification
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality systems, production readiness, cost management, CAPEX projects, and change control
