About the role
Responsibilities
- Define the strategic direction and lead the evolution of Braze's technical engagement with ISV and Delivery Partners
- Collaborate with Partnerships to execute ISV strategy and manage the onboarding and integration lifecycle
- Strengthen cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships to ensure integration value
- Oversee program scalability by managing tools like iPaaS, partner listings, and documentation
- Track technical partner KPIs including integration quality, speed to market, and certification rates
- Translate partner product updates and complex use cases into actionable roadmap inputs for Product and Engineering
- Lead and develop the Technical Partner Solutions function, including mentorship and career pathing
- Manage the ISV Partner Manager and Partner Technical Advisor teams
- Serve as the senior escalation point for partner-related technical issues and customer friction
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in technical partner management, solutions engineering, or ISV program management in SaaS or MarTech
- 3+ years in a leadership capacity
- Expert knowledge of APIs (REST, webhooks) and data integration patterns (ETL/reverse ETL, CDPs, event streaming)
- Hands-on experience with data infrastructure tools such as Snowflake, Segment, or mParticle
- Proven track record of building scalable processes like partner onboarding playbooks and SLA frameworks
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and GTM stakeholders
- Experience connecting technical partnership work to revenue outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with iPaaS platforms
- Experience with app marketplace or app store models
- Experience with self-service integration frameworks
