Senior Manager, Technical Marketing, Custom SOC

Responsibilities

• Support design-in activities and business operations by working with cross-functional Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Act as the local support interface for US customers for existing accounts and ongoing programs
• Engage in engineering and commercial discussions with customers
• Conduct market surveys and develop new customers and applications
• Act as a local point of contact for collecting Voice of Customer (VOC) and leading issue resolution
• Report on ongoing and future projects to US and Korea executives
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand differentiated offerings and strategies
• Map customer requirements to company offerings and drive internal development teams to address technical needs
• Define best silicon and platform solutions to enable customer products

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline with 10+ years of experience, or Master's with 8+ years of experience
• Highly technical background with deep business acumen
• Experience in technical sales, marketing, management, technical program management, or field applications engineering
• Experience in both pre-sales and post-sales customer support
• Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, specifically SoC (System on Chip)
• Ability to analyze customer problems from component to system and application levels
• Ability to work and meet frequently with teams in Korea

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ASIC design and manufacturing flow, including advanced packaging
• Korean language proficiency
