Senior Manager, Technical Delivery

Responsibilities

• Support technical venue design books and construction documents with subject-matter experts, architects, and operators
• Build integrated workplans aligned to the master schedule and Program Management
• Coordinate and implement infrastructure requirements from Technology, Broadcast, Energy, Sport, and OBS
• Partner with Finance and Procurement to evaluate costs and elevate risks
• Oversee site preparation, installation, commissioning, maintenance, decommissioning, and site restoration
• Ensure technical design meets codes, standards, stakeholder requirements, and Health and Safety regulations

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in engineering, systems commissioning, construction management, or technical direction
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Technical Direction, or a related field
• Proven track record overseeing multiple concurrent, complex projects
• Proficiency with engineering tools such as Autodesk and 3D models
• Experience with collaboration tools including Office360, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Autodesk Cloud
• Strong command of project management fundamentals including scope, schedule, and budget

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with temporary infrastructure or live events
• Experience obtaining permits for infrastructure delivery
• Knowledge of the California Building Code
• Knowledge of U.S. and California construction processes, suppliers, and unions
