About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions by bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
- Develop and deliver Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Design Documents, Use Cases, and Process Models.
- Manage and lead Business Analyst (BA) teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Liaise between the business community and IT organization to provide technical solutions that meet user needs.
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including project planning, monitoring progress, and financial review.
- Support production issues and handle escalations during release cycles as needed.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional colleagues in global regions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of practical experience and product/business knowledge in Capital Market Technology.
- 10+ years of Business Analysis or Technical Analysis experience.
- 10+ years of working knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle/SQL, with the ability to run queries independently.
- 5+ years of experience managing BA teams.
- Deep expertise in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong understanding of Fixed Income (FI) and OTC products and their pricing.
- Experience working as a Business Analyst across various regulatory initiatives in Capital Markets.
- Experience with functional testing in both PROD and NON-PROD environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- FRM certification.
- Exposure to Risk Watch.
