Senior Manager, Tech Scouting & Innovation

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement strategies for contract manufacturing partners across key categories
• Scout and evaluate new contract manufacturers with advanced and innovative capabilities
• Drive innovation by connecting external manufacturing technologies with internal product development needs
• Build and manage strategic relationships with global contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs)
• Partner with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support new product launches and pipeline delivery
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement through structured governance and KPIs
• Assess and mitigate supply chain risks, including capacity, regulatory, and geopolitical factors
• Champion sustainability and ESG considerations within the contract manufacturing network

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Marketing
• 10+ years of operational procurement experience
• Expertise in sourcing, quotation analysis, and contract negotiation
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Solid knowledge of finance (cost benchmarking, supplier audits) and legal/contracting principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects using structured project management approaches

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in matrix or global organizations
• Deep understanding of supplier relationship models and external market dynamics
• Direct procurement experience across materials and packaging categories
• Experience in procurement risk management frameworks
