Senior Manager, Tax

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review consolidated global income tax provisions (ASC 740)
• Manage US federal, state, local, and municipal tax compliance calendars
• Coordinate international income tax compliance across India, Israel, Argentina, UK, and EU
• Manage VAT, sales, and use tax filings and nexus tracking
• Maintain transfer pricing studies and intercompany pricing policies
• Support M&A tax diligence and post-acquisition integration
• Serve as primary liaison for external tax advisors
• Identify tax planning opportunities and support IPO readiness (S-1 disclosures, ETR modeling)
• Build SOX-ready tax controls and processes

Requirements

• 7–10 years of tax experience with a strong Big 4 foundation
• Hands-on experience with tax provisions, sales tax, and VAT compliance
• Solid technical grounding in ASC 740 and FIN 48
• Working knowledge of US and international tax fundamentals
• Exposure to transfer pricing and M&A tax due diligence
• CPA required
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth startups preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• MST or advanced tax degree
• Familiarity with NetSuite or Anrok
