Senior Manager, Talent Solutions

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with local and national employers to secure job placements
• Attend networking events, job fairs, and other forums to expand partnerships
• Lead research, sector analysis, and pitch development for strategic placement
• Provide advanced career guidance to graduates and alumni on job attainment
• Conduct one-on-one and small group advisement sessions for interview preparation
• Oversee placement and outcome data in Salesforce
• Coach and mentor Talent Solutions managers to enhance outreach and placement strategies

Requirements

• Experience in HR, recruiting, career development, workforce development, or business development
• Proven success in talent placement and employer engagement
• Strong network for building new employer partnerships
• Data-savvy with familiarity in Salesforce or similar platforms
• Tech-savvy with experience using HubSpot and digital outreach tools
