Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with local and national employers to secure job placements
• Attend networking events, job fairs, and other forums to expand partnerships
• Lead research, sector analysis, and pitch development for strategic placement
• Coach and mentor TSNY managers to enhance employer outreach and placement strategies
• Provide advanced career guidance to graduates and alumni on job attainment and growth
• Conduct one-on-one and small group advisement sessions for interview preparation
• Oversee placement and outcome data in Salesforce and analyze metrics to guide strategy
• Provide employer feedback to inform curriculum and services

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, career development, workforce development, or business development
• Proven success in talent placement and employer engagement
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing managers or team leads
• Data-savvy with familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms
• Tech-savvy with comfort using social media and digital tools for outreach
