Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable recruiting processes and governance
• Own and optimize critical programs including interview excellence, employee referrals, and internal mobility
• Establish clear KPIs and reporting to transform hiring decisions through data-driven insights
• Design onboarding and continuous upskilling programs for the Talent team
• Own and optimize the talent tech stack, specifically Ashby, and integrate AI-forward systems
• Partner with People leadership to build and enable long-term global talent strategy

Requirements

• Proven track record in a senior Talent Acquisition or People Operations role
• Experience building or scaling functions in high-growth environments
• Strong ability to build predictive workforce analytics and actionable business insights
• Deep expertise in talent systems, specifically Ashby
• Ability to drive operational cohesion across Finance, Legal, and People teams
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build processes from scratch
