Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Formulate and drive mid-to-long-term talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with HRBPs and business leaders
• Manage the Talent Acquisition team, including leadership development, resource allocation, and performance reviews
• Oversee annual budget formulation and quarterly budget management for the recruitment team
• Optimize recruitment and surrounding processes such as onboarding, contracting, and employer branding
• Analyze recruitment data using Tableau to identify and solve organizational challenges
• Report recruitment status to executive leadership and propose efficient hiring processes
• Collaborate with global TA teams and other HR functions like Total Rewards and Talent Development

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house mid-career recruitment experience
• 10+ years of total recruitment experience (including agency experience)
• 5+ years of experience managing teams of 5 or more people
• Experience working in both global and Japanese corporate environments
• Experience collaborating with HRBPs and department heads or VP-level stakeholders
• Native-level Japanese (preferred)
• Business-level English (reading, writing, and meeting participation)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in graduate/new graduate recruitment
• Experience in other HR domains such as organizational development or talent development
