About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of open requisitions across engineering, product, compliance, risk, sales, and operations
- Conduct structured intake meetings to clarify role requirements, competency profiles, and compensation ranges
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and talent communities
- Facilitate calibrated debrief conversations to ensure bias-mitigated, evidence-based hiring decisions
- Partner with the VP of Talent and Compensation Analyst on offer construction and market alignment
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation benchmarks for fintech roles
- Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools to enhance sourcing reach and pipeline efficiency
Requirements
- 10+ years of talent acquisition experience
- 2–4+ years owning recruiting processes at a functional level
- Experience hiring within fintech, SaaS, or regulated financial services environments
- Experience scaling recruiting processes in organizations with 300–1,000+ employees
- Expertise in structured interviewing design and facilitation
- Proficiency in recruiting analytics and metrics frameworks
- Strong compensation fluency and market knowledge
- Proficiency with ATS and AI-powered recruiting tools
