Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - Engineering and Product

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Product and Engineering, as well as other cross functional roles
• Partner with tech teams and company leadership to define hiring priorities and talent strategy
• Source and engage top talent through creative, personalized outreach and proactive pipeline building
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience by managing communications, interviews, and offer processes
• Collaborate with the TA Team to enhance recruiting processes, tools, and reporting
• Champion company values to ensure a diverse, high-performing team

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
• Proven track record hiring for Product and Engineering roles
• Strong sourcing ability with experience using AI recruiting tools
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for working with senior leadership
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment
