Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from initial sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and meet competitive hiring goals
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using advanced techniques, including Boolean search and specialized tools
• Conduct market research on candidate data, including skill sets, hiring trends, and talent supply/demand reports
• Partner with hiring managers on candidate slates, from first presentation through to finalist selection and salary negotiation
• Maintain high data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Design creative job postings to attract top-tier technical talent and represent the company brand professionally
• Lead or participate in special projects focused on continuous business process improvement

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, specifically supporting technical roles
• Proven experience in technical recruiting within technology-focused teams
• Proficiency with Boolean search tactics and various specialized sourcing tools
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage expectations and follow timelines
• Excellent relationship-building skills with candidates, HR partners, and business leaders
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UKG, Eightfold, or Microsoft Copilot
• Experience utilizing Agentic AI tools to enhance sourcing and hiring outcomes
