Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with Amgen India’s business objectives and growth plans
• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements
• Establish and maintain recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods including job portals, social media, and networking to build a pipeline of top talent
• Manage the candidate selection process, including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
• Oversee the recruitment process managed by external RPO providers
• Promote Amgen’s employer brand and value proposition to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience
• Build and mentor a team of recruiters to foster a culture of continuous learning and development
• Collaborate with global and regional HR to align talent initiatives with broader organizational strategies

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 14 years of experience in talent acquisition
• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership capacity within large global organizations
• Deep understanding of the Indian talent market, recruitment trends, and compliance requirements
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience using Workday ATS and CRM technologies
• Experience partnering with external RPO partners and consultants
