Senior Manager, T&S Analytics

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic architect for centralized Trust and Safety intelligence, translating complex risk challenges into scalable AI-driven data solutions.
• Reinterpret vertical-specific risk challenges into unified, central data solutions including Risk Profiling, Categorization, and Signal Repositories.
• Execute the central risk roadmap to achieve Trust and Safety outcomes and meet quarterly KPIs.
• Build systemic solutions for both short-term goals and long-term needs, creating use cases for AI and designing data-driven goals.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to embed risk mitigation natively into platform infrastructure and workflows.
• Lead the partnership with Data Science to formulate model requirements and design frameworks for model integration.
• Manage and lead a high-performance analytics team, fostering technical rigor and sophisticated inquiry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering or Master's in a quantitative field (Management, Stats, Math).
• 8+ years of experience driving data-led outcomes.
• Expert command of SQL, Python/R, and Spark.
• Proven experience with statistical modeling.
• Experience working with large-scale and real-time data.
• Strong problem-solving, data storytelling, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Customer Profiling, Behavioral Segmentation, Anomaly Detection, and Predictive Modeling.
• Experience with Qlik or equivalent BI tools.
• Experience in the payments industry.
• Experience with Cohort/Funnel Analysis.
