Senior Manager- SW R&D(IA)

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams within the Division I, SW R&D(IA).
• Drive a structured, process-oriented way of working aligned with quality and delivery objectives.
• Apply strong Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge across development, validation, and release phases.
• Establish and maintain effective collaboration with global and cross-functional counterparts.
• Ensure clear, structured communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Motivate engineers to identify, implement, and sustain continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
• Ensure timely, high-quality, and efficient project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of relevant engineering experience, including senior leadership or managerial roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of Transmission and Axles products.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and system development processes.
• Proven people management, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.
• Process-driven mindset with a focus on execution and results.
