Senior Manager Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Drive the monthly development of the Sales & Operations Plan (S&OP) for external vendors to support customer service and inventory metrics.
• Implement global inventory policies, replenishment strategies, and master data optimization to ensure appropriate safety stock levels.
• Lead the supply chain integration of CMOs/vendors transferring into or out of the Strategic Operations Unit portfolio.
• Manage supply chain metrics and dashboards, including CSL/OTIF, inventory levels, back orders, and short-date write-offs.
• Oversee a 24-month rolling supply plan in SAP, including Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and Master Production Schedule (MPS) reviews.
• Partner with the Supplier Relationship Team to support contracts, performance management, and ongoing third-party partner relationships.
• Act as the supply chain focal point for new product introductions, bids, tenders, and product transfer teams.
• Identify supply risks and develop mitigation scenarios for presentation to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Supply Chain Planning experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Supply Chain best practices and concepts.
• Experience with Advanced Planning Systems such as JDE, Oracle, or SAP APO/SCM.
• Knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience in Supply Planning, Materials Management, Inventory Management, and Demand Planning.
• Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Experience implementing Supply Chain Planning Execution Systems within an ERP environment.
