Senior Manager - Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) by providing data-driven business insights to enable effective decision-making.
• Design, measure, and communicate key supply chain metrics, including service sufficiency, inventory DOH, logistics spend, SLOB, and operational reliability.
• Drive strategic projects focused on demand planning, inventory control, and logistics optimization (freight and loadability).
• Manage the implementation of key systems such as Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Kinaxis.
• Execute segmentation studies, yearly budgeting, cost-to-serve analysis, and inventory optimization.
• Drive the analytics agenda for supply chain processes through the adoption of visualization tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 6-8 years of professional experience in supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience implementing projects like Kinaxis or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R.
