Senior Manager, Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operational activities at CMOs, including batch scheduling and commercial manufacturing of drug products.
• Ensure on-time, in-full manufacturing of drug products, device assembly, and finished goods in compliance with approved dossiers.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on multidisciplinary CMC teams to optimize biological processes.
• Manage tech transfers, process validation, and technical process studies for biologics.
• Review and approve master batch records, change controls, deviations, and CAPAs to ensure GMP compliance.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including CPV reports, risk assessments, and regulatory modules.
• Coordinate supply activities for clinical and commercial programs across functional leaders.
• Plan and forecast budgets, analyzing variances for production and development testing.

Requirements

• B.E./BTech, MS, or Ph.D. in (bio) chemical engineering or biotechnology.
• Direct experience in cGMP Biologics Drug Product manufacturing.
• Experience levels: 1-3 years with a Doctorate, 3-5 years with a Master's, or 5-7 years with a Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency with statistical tools such as Minitab or JMP for data analysis.
• Proven experience with tech transfer and process validation.
• Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Knowledge of analytical testing methods and their impact on product quality specifications.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders through scientific justification.
