Senior Manager, Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Maintain executable schedules to meet manufacturing daily requirements through a team
• Provide leadership in planning from forecast entry to material staging
• Lead S&OP and Operating Review meetings to identify and resolve business critical issues
• Develop strategies and plans for organizational maturity in collaboration with Directors
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives across business units
• Analyze complex data to provide recommendations on project feasibility and facility capacity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Supply Chain Planning
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with enterprise software such as D365 or Veeva

• Prior leadership experience
