Senior Manager, Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Lead material program strategies and production assurance efforts for the Naval Standard Missile Systems portfolio
• Develop and execute material strategies in collaboration with Program Management, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement
• Brief program and customer leadership teams on supply chain status, material constraints, and risk mitigation plans
• Support customer proposals by generating RFPs/RFQs and labor basis of estimates (BOEs)
• Manage financial aspects including budgets, targets, working capital, and material sales forecasts
• Oversee supplier management processes, including risk/opportunity management and performance metrics
• Lead and develop a team of individual contributors within a matrixed organization
• Resolve issues and conflicts between internal organizations and external suppliers

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of relevant proposal and Material Program Management (MPM) experience
• Active and transferable U.S. government Secret security clearance required on day 1
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Office skillset
• Experience with advanced Supply Chain Planning tools such as SAP/PRISM, Kinaxis, MFT, or ROMS
• Experience with proposals or material estimating
• MPM Level 4 (or higher) Certification
• EVMS Certification
