Senior Manager - Supply Chain Programs

Responsibilities

• Lead a Supply Chain Programs team to plan, design, and deliver strategic program and project portfolios
• Manage the SI portfolio budget for both capital and operating expenditures
• Own the development and maintenance of integrated program and project milestone plans
• Support establishing a program and project governance model including reporting and risk management
• Partner with the Supply Chain Strategy team to support development of investment roadmaps
• Mentor, coach, and develop talent within the Supply Chain Programs team

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in consulting, project management, or a similar field
• Minimum of 4+ years in a management role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
• Proven experience in managing business transformations and programs
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizing skills
• Excellent facilitation and issue resolution skills
• Authorization to work in Canada is required

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other Master’s degree
• Experience in Strategy Development, Program Management, and Consumer Supply Chain Operations
