Senior Manager, Supply Chain Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead development and pre-production budget planning, translating product strategies into aligned financial frameworks.
• Monitor spend across actuals, forecasts, and commitments to identify risks and maintain alignment with business priorities.
• Lead and develop the Product Operations team, overseeing purchasing, vendor onboarding, and invoice management.
• Maintain robust governance across development purchasing to ensure compliance with commercial standards.
• Drive the simplification and standardization of processes to enhance data quality and reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve vendor and purchasing issues while maintaining cost discipline.

Requirements

• Strong experience in operational control, finance partnering, programme management, or business operations within a complex organization.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Clear understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Experience working in product-based environments (e.g., Product Development, Raw Materials, or Engineering).
• Advanced Excel capability and exposure to PLM or similar operational platforms.
• High attention to detail with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic insights.
