Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the supply chain acquisition process from the proposal stage through program award and execution
• Manage Business Unit cost, schedule, and technical performance to ensure on-time delivery and affordability
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to achieve corporate goals for sales, orders, and profit
• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of supply chain professionals
• Execute supply chain transformation and improvement projects to drive best-in-class efficiencies
• Negotiate complex contract vehicles including subcontracts, teaming agreements, and sole source agreements
• Manage department and program budgets, including spending plans and variance reporting
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and internal procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience (or equivalent experience as specified)
• Active Secret Clearance is required
• Proven expertise in negotiation and drafting complex contract vehicles
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and market analysis
• Experience in budget management and financial forecasting

Preferred Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance
• Experience with various contract types including FFP, FPIF, T&M, and Cost-Plus
• Lean Six Sigma experience
• Previous leadership experience in a high-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
