Senior Manager, Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain operations at the Sanford Manufacturing Site to ensure reliable supply of clinical and commercial drug products
• Represent the site in monthly demand/supply planning processes including S&OP and S&OE
• Develop and optimize inventory strategies and manage master data for direct materials and Bill of Materials
• Govern production schedules, prioritization logic, and constraint management within value streams
• Implement inventory management strategies to support plant health and minimize E&O risk
• Use continuous improvement methodologies to evaluate process gaps and improve efficiency
• Develop SOPs, Work Instructions, and Job-Aids for planning execution
• Establish and monitor business performance metrics and improvement targets
• Manage change management plans for ERP updates and user adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of direct Supply Chain Management or Operations experience
• Experience within Life Sciences manufacturing or a highly regulated industry
• Deep knowledge of S&OP, forecasting, demand, supply, and material planning
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, JDE, or MS D365)
• Experience with planning tools such as APO, Kinaxis, or O9 Solutions
• Proficiency in PowerBI, Qlikview, and MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma or Toyota Production System

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Risk/Resiliency Modeling & Contingency Planning
• Experience in a manufacturing site environment
