Senior Manager Supply Chain Development and Optimization

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP supply chain template governance and integrate key processes including production scheduling, material planning, and operations.
• Provide guidance for Fit/Gap analysis and consolidate business process requirements to architect solution designs.
• Act as the primary interface between Business/IT tracks, local key users, and the Global Supply Chain team.
• Support IT with system upgrades and changes related to the SAP template.
• Lead technical assessments for new integrations, including integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and technical release.
• Manage end-to-end projects including pre-planning, monitoring, testing, cut-over migration, and hyper-care support.
• Drive financial productivity and cost improvements through big data analytics and process optimization.
• Ensure SAP PIO system compliance and support the rollout of the BE Engineering template.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.
• At least 8 years of experience in cross-functional Supply Chain, warehouse, or shipping areas.
• Strong knowledge of SAP systems and supply chain processes.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management skills and experience leading complex implementations.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specific experience in BE (Business Engineering) supply chain processes.
• Experience handling engineering sample processes.
• In-depth knowledge of IFX systems and tools.
• Professional project management certification.
