Senior Manager, Supplier Quality - APAC

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality oversight for the APAC region, including accountability for CMO supplier quality management
• Act as the primary Quality liaison for the APAC Commercial team
• Manage supplier performance monitoring, SCAR assignment, auditing, qualification, and development
• Execute supplier management processes in alignment with the Global Quality Management System (QMS)
• Support the maintenance of the Global Approved Supplier List (ASL) for APAC-based suppliers
• Establish supplier governance routines, including performance scorecards, reviews, and escalation mechanisms
• Oversee supplier and CMO change control processes and review Supplier Change Notification (SCN) requests
• Establish and maintain Supplier Quality Agreements
• Conduct on-site visits to CMO facilities to assess operations and reinforce quality expectations
• Partner with Procurement on Supplier Business Reviews and lead content development

Requirements

• Extensive experience in supplier quality management and auditing
• Proven expertise in supplier performance monitoring and SCAR assignment
• Strong knowledge of supplier qualification and development processes
• Experience managing change control oversight and Supplier Quality Agreements
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of quality actions
• Experience working within a Global Quality Management System (QMS) environment
