Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end strategy engagements from problem definition to executive recommendations
• Structure complex business problems into analytical frameworks and workplans
• Build financial models and conduct quantitative analysis to assess market opportunities and strategic options
• Synthesize complex information into compelling narratives for executive and Board-level audiences
• Support the annual strategic planning process and develop KPI reporting frameworks
• Conduct competitive benchmarking, market sizing, and industry research

Requirements

• 2+ years post-MBA or 5+ years post-undergraduate experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking
• Proven track record of leading structured problem-solving engagements
• Experience presenting directly to senior leadership
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and executive storytelling in PowerPoint
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• MBA strongly preferred
