Senior Manager, Strategy and Execution - Corporate and Operational Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver high-impact client engagements while ensuring a positive professional experience
• Provide effective coaching and apprenticeship to junior and tenured colleagues
• Manage engagement planning and navigate complex strategic challenges
• Lead the development of client "stories" and high-quality written outputs, including slide decks
• Develop and sustain effective relationships with key client stakeholders
• Drive client development opportunities and contribute to internal practice initiatives such as recruitment, learning, and operations
• Foster an inclusive culture within teams and throughout all client engagements

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy leadership, or private equity
• Proven track record of effective team leadership
• Degree in Commerce, Engineering, Finance, or Legal (MA, MBA, or PhD is an asset)
• Bilingualism in both French and English is required
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and conceptual problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit
